March April sector one Totem spirit journey.

Open sacred circle. Position yourself inside the stone circle , in front of the stone that represents and corresponds to the sector you are exploring. Connect with your intent.

Start a middle world journey and meet your main spirit helper at the great tree( world tree).

Greet and establish connection with your guide.

Tell guide your intention and invite the spirit helpers to accompany you. Ask if there is anything you need to know before going. Ask for strength power protection direction guidance and support.

Follow your guide from the great tree towards one of the 12 zodiac stones in your sacred stone circle. Your guide will somehow indicate the stone you are working with. The stone gives access to the territory of the sector you intend to visit. 

Be aware of the stone. Place hands on it. As soon as you do the stone moves or transforms and reveals access to a corridor.  The corridor leads to a pathway that allows you to travel to the territory of the sector you are visiting. 

Let your guide lead you through the pathway in any way.

The pathway comes to an end at a sign marking the entrance to the territory you seek. Keeping connected to your guide, before doing anything Ask advice. 

Your guide may bring you to a auxiliary guide who is native to the territory. It can take any form. Ask the auxiliary guide to take you to the totem spirit of the sector.

Use all 7 senses to perceive the movement as the auxiliary guide takes you to the Totem spirit. 

When you reach the place where the Totem spirit abides Ask your main helper spirit what can be done?

Approach or be approached by the Totem spirit.

You may be guided to make an offering or perform a sacrifice or pass a test. Keep connected to a your main helper spirit and ask for help.

Generally you are to greet the Totem spirit, if you feel safe establish an energetic connection to the Totem spirit.

Communicate with the Totem spirit, expressing intentions and receiving information on how to express your highest intent in the sector and how to apply your function ( release grievances related to that sector.) 

I.e. 

a. What is my highest intent in this sector?

B. What is my function and what do I need to release, not do, or do in order to honor my highest intent here?

C. What do I need to retrieve from this sector?

When you have received your answers, you can invite the Totem to offer you a gift of spirit medicine. Before accepting ask main spirit helper ask if receiving is appropriate.  If not thank spirit and take leave of it. If positive receive the spirit medicine. Ask for explanation and instructions for use and care.

After thanking Totem spirit take leave, asking for permission to return. 

 Take leave of auxiliary spirit

Return with helper spirit to stone circle.

Ask guide if energies and exchanges are balanced? If not ask how to balance.

Thank the stone from your stone circle, thank you helper spirit. Close the access.

Return to ordinary consciousness.
